Biology Functional Fragrances currently only ships to the USA. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business day. All items ship via USPS or UPS Ground due to regulations for transporting of essential oils.
We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. Please email contact@biologyfragrances.com for support.

At Biology Fragrance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
- You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your product.
- A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund for returns.
- We will email you a prepaid return label to make the process easy.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we’re here to make it right. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for defective items. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product to arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.

Why am I seeing separation of liquid and differentiation of oils?Natural oils sometimes separate due to the difference in viscocity of each oil used. This causes differentiation of liquids. This is completely normal. Please just shake the bottle and you are good to go.
Allergic Reactions:
Reactions on the skin are possible but rare. If you are susceptible to allergic reactions, we always recommend using our fragrances on a small part of your skin first to see if there are any reactions. If allergic reactions occur, please stop using immediately.
Why is there variation in color in my fragrance from each purchase?This is a specialty of natural fragrances. Since essential oils are made from natural sources, the crop, season, weather, external factors affect the colorization of the essential oils slightly.
Generally non-irritating and non-sensitizing. If skin irritated after use, please stop immediately.
Our Functional Fragrances are for external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, mouth, and sensitive areas.
Apply to the skin (wrists, neck, chest and pulse points).
To prolong scent, do not rub fragrance into skin as this breaks down the fragrance.
Apply onto hair and fabrics/accessories for additional scent enhancement.
Apply generously and as often as desired. Take us wherever you go. TSA compliant.
